due by October 1st 2008: $25 per person Non-Refundable deposit to secure your cabin. Final
payment due by November 24th 2008. Cancellation waiver is available for an additional cost
of: $99.00 per person, and must accompany deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Package is Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable unless waiver is purchased. Weather is not
covered for cancellation. Rules & restrictions will apply. Cancellation request must be in writing to ALVCI.
Name, address, & phone is required. Upon Reciept: your cancellation will be reviewed and response from
ALVCI will be processed for validity with in 30(thirty) days.
Documents: each person must have proper identification. Passports are not required for cruise
travel as on today 9/23/2008 however we strongly advise that a passport accompanies you while traveling.
This policy on on requirements is subject to change prior to departure. Original Birth certificate & photo ID is required.
Cruise documents will be in office TWO WEEKS prior to departure.
