All reservations can be made via our website and your direct page. Or call our local office.

Any name changes must be made within 30 days prior to departure.

A name change fee of $50.00 is applicable for your group.

Your group will have paper air transportation tickets boarding their flight.

Baggage Allowance:

Two bags per person and one carry on are allowed

Check In Time:

Check in must be advised of two hours prior to anticipated departure.

A group representative will be on hand at the Buffalo International Airport

The group rep. will be there to meet & greet your group & asst. with special needs

such as wheelchairs etc.

Restrictions:

Participant must be advised that this package is non refundable once paid.

Any ticket that is purchased and not used is void with no option for another departure

No refund for No Show passengers

No refund for passengers unable to board flight due to security issue

Documents:

You will have paper tickets for this flight.

Documents are described as air tickets, hotel voucher, and transfer voucher

will be in office and available for distribution two weeks prior to departure

Meet & Greet Transfers:

Upon arrival in Las Vegas, you will be greeted at security check point by a representative from: Bell Trans-Transportation Service.

This representative will have a sign with your group's name. This service will take you directly from the airport to the hotel for advanced- pre keyed check in. This same service will be available to your group upon return to the Las Vegas Airport for your flight back to Buffalo.

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel of choice will include your accommodations for selected amount of nights.

& all taxes associated with hotel stay.

For added convenience your rooms will be pre-keyed.

Pre-Keyed: is describe as upon arrival each room is assigned in advanced, you will be handed an envelope with your room key inside of it.

You will have to leave a credit card at the front desk for incidental charges such as:

room service, phone, etc...

Hotels will include choice of three properties (The Plaza, Circus Circus, or Gold Dust)

Cost is the same for either choice based on their personal choice.
