2010-03-16 To all of our SUB ZERO participants.
Thank you for your reservations to Atlantic City for the competition. Please note that as of Thursday, March 11th 2010 and under the direction of Michelle Ziegler we are voluntarily canceling the AC trip due to lack of participation. Their will be no transportation nor accommodation booked as a group for SUB ZERO (through ALVCI). Each of you who have booked and deposited this trip will be notified through email of this cancellation. Please sign the document enclosed to assure that you understand the cancellation notice. This must be returned to ALVCI. You will receive a refund to your form of payment once the cancellation notice is signed and agreed to. No reservations are confirmed at Ballys in Atlantic City. You may select to continue to booking an individual room at Ballys if you so wish. Rooms require one adult per each child, and room rates are based upon two to a room. Room rates are based upon availability and determined at booking. At maximum quad rooms are available - a quad rate is determined by the hotel itself and each person is charged for thier occupancy. A quad room is described as "four in a room" NO MORE than four occupants are allowed in one single room. If four are booked in a room - the rate will be based on four occupants. Each child MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
Reservations require a Non- refundable $50 deposit
per person - due by March1st, 2010.
Final payment is no longer due by March
15th, 2010- this trip has been officially canceled.
